1. Equipment overview
VMC series vertical machining center is mainly used for processing plate, plate class, shell, mold, high precision, process, complex shape parts, can be completed in a continuous milling, drilling, expansion, hinge, boring, tapping and two-dimensional 3 d surface, inclined plane, accurate processing, processing program, shorten the production cycle, so that the user obtain good economic benefits.
1.1 Overall layout of machine tools
The VMC1370 vertical machining center adopts the vertical frame layout, the column is fixed to the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (in the Z-direction), the sliding seat moves vertically (in the Y-direction) along the bed body, and the workbench moves horizontally (in the X-direction) along the sliding seat.
Bed body, workbench, slide seat, column, spindle box and other large parts are using high strength cast iron materials, these large pieces use three-dimensional computer software assisted optimization design, reinforcement plate layout is reasonable, with a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
1.2 System
Configuration of FANUC control system and drive, complete functions, easy to operate.; The stable and durable CNC system platform provides great flexibility with distributed operation components, driver components and I / O components; the standard network port, USB socket, with DNC online machining function.
Thus can perfectly match a variety of processes or industry machine tools and processing tasks.
1.3 Drag the system
X, Y, Z axis guide rail auxiliary uses the upper silver ultra-wide roller linear guide rail, small dynamic and static friction, small abrasion positioning precision, high sensitivity, small high-speed vibration, long service life, with interchangeability, excellent servo drive performance, improve the accuracy and accuracy stability of the machine tool. The bench and Z-direction spindle are six-load slider structure to ensure the rigidity of the machine.
X, Y and Z axis servo motors are directly connected with Taiwan Shanghai Silver high-precision ball wire bar through elastic coupling, to reduce the intermediate link and realize clearless transmission, flexible feed, accurate positioning and high transmission accuracy.
The Z-axis servo motor has the automatic lock function, in the case of power failure, can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly, so that it can not rotate, play the role of safety protection.
1.4 Spindle group
The spindle group adopts Taiwan 8000rpm synchronous belt spindle unit, up to 6000rpm, with high precision and high rigidity. The bearing adopts NSK bearing for P4 class spindle. After the assembly of the whole spindle under constant temperature conditions, the dynamic balance correction and running test improve the service life and reliability of the whole spindle.
The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation in its speed range, the spindle by the motor built-in encoder control, can realize the spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
1.5 Knife library
Using Taiwan Okada 24 manipulator knife library, mounted on the column side, knife plate driven and positioning by the roller cam mechanism, the spindle to the knife position, by the manipulator change knife device (ATC), ATC for roller cam mechanism, after prepressure can high speed without noise operation, make the knife process fast and accurate.
1.6 Cutting and cooling system
Equipped with large flow cooling pump and large capacity water tank, fully ensure the circulating cooling, cooling pump power: 840W, 66.7L/min high flow cooling pump, fully provide cooling. The spindle box end surface is equipped with a cooling nozzle, which can be water or air cooled and switched at will. Clean the air gun is configured to clean the machine tool.
1.7 Pneumatic system
Pneumatic triad can filter the impurities and moisture in the gas source to prevent impure gas damage and corrosion to the machine tool parts. By controlling the solenoid valve set, to ensure that the spindle slack knife, spindle clip knife and other actions can be quickly and accurately completed, through manual control, adjust the spindle air cooling, air curtain and other functions.
1.8 Machine tool protection
The machine tool adopts fully enclosed protection room conforming to safety standards to prevent coolant splashing, ensure safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover, to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball wire bar from wear and corrosion.
1.9 Lubrication system
The guide rail and the ball screw auxiliary are centrally centralized automatic dilute oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil splitter to regularly and quantitatively inject oil to each lubrication part to ensure the uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the movement accuracy, and ensure the service life of the ball screw auxiliary and the guide rail.
1.10 Disremoval system
The iron chips produced in the processing process fall directly to the protection room, and the protection internal inclined surface structure makes the iron chips slide very smoothly into the water tank drawer.
